All authors must have a paid registeration by May 15, 2009 to remain in the proceedings and on the program. Authors who are published in the proceedings may not receive a refund if they do not attend the conference. For all others there will be no refunds after June 15, 2009 but substitutions may be made at any time.
Note: Early Registrations include a banquet ticket. After June 15th banquet tickets will cost $100 additional each. No tickets will be included with registrations submitted after June 15, 2009. Student and one-day registration fees do not include a banquet ticket.
