All authors must register by June 1, 2009 to remain in the proceedings and on the program. Authors who are published in the proceedings may not receive a refund if they do not attend the conference. The registration fee will act as a "publication" fee. For all others there will be no refunds after June 15, 2009 but substitutions may be made at any time.
